This is already possible by checking "Date and month" in the "Clock" tab
of Time & Date Settings. If that's not what you meant, please provide
more details.

  To be able to show also the date and time, not only the hour.

Bug description:
  It whould be very usefull to show the date in the menu, not only time,
  so often I have to click to see the day, it would be usefull to be
  able to setup if I wish to see also the month and day. Bests
