  Launcher icon indicators are not quickly updated when closing a window

Bug description:
  In unity 5.2, when an application has multiple instances opened, the
  launcher indicators are not punctually updated when closing an
  application window.

  1) Open an application (i.e. terminal)
  2) Middle click on his launcher icon to open more instances of it
  3) The launcher icon should show more than one "pip" on the left side of the icon
  4) Close one or more window

  Expected behavior:
  5) If there are less than 3 window opened, the pips should be updated accordingly

  Actual behavior:
  5) The pips are not updated, until the application doesn't lose the focus or a view-port switch is done
