[Bug 1315350] Re: Window spread not working when set a window always on top

This problem solve partially in today's release.
Case to regenerate the problem:

open two terminal (same type window). Set window on top for one
terminal. Focus the terminal which is set on top. Now click on launcher
icon, nothing happens. Two terminal window show spread. If you manually
focus on other terminal which is not set on top and then click on
terminal launcher icon then it's works fine.

Partial solve means now other window behave normally. That means if you
set terminal window in top then all other window except terminal behave
normally.

Title:
Window spread not working when set a window always on top

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  How to regenerate:

  1. Open two terminal window and two file browser window(nautilus)
  2. Set a terminal "always on top" (right click on window and set always on top).
  3. Now click/double click on file browser launcher icon or terminal.
  4. File browser should spread (two window in a desktop), but nothing happen. So you can't select window between two or multiple file browser window.

This is happening in any application not necessary terminal and file browser.
