Title:
Timezone bug in event list for ICAL events

Status in The Date and Time Indicator:
  Expired
Status in “indicator-datetime” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
For events from a web-served ICAL file, the dates show up correctly in
Evolution and in the indicator event list. Alarms also go off at the
correct time. But the indicator event list only shows events that are
at least 5 hours in the future. I am in EST timezone (-5h), so perhaps
the code to filter out events in the past does not taking the timezone
  into account?

This only happens for events from my ICAL file. normal Evolution
  events show up as expected.
