Title:
Hibernate option disappears when switching to another user

Status in “indicator-session” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The Hibernate option disappears when switching to another user. The
first user who logs onto the system will get the Hibernate menu entry
in their Power menu. Any other user who logs on afterwards by
switching users does not see the Hibernate option in their Power menu.

I have obviously already enabled Hibernation by editing the relevant
  polkit file as per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-
  docs/+bug/1232814/comments/13

Not sure if this is a regression from 13.10 as I do not have any 13.10
  machines left to confirm.
