[Bug 1340329] Re: Phone should turn on screen and unlock it when an alarm is triggered

 

If I understand things correctly, we need two things:

1. call powerd's requestSystState() to inhibit suspend while the snap
decision is up and clearSysState() when done

2. call unity-system-compositor's keepDisplayOn() while the snap
decision is up and removeDisplayOnRequest() when done

Bug description:
  When an alarm is triggered, the phone screen stays turned off. It
  should turn on and unlock automatically so that the user can quickly
  dismiss the alarm.
