Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

  When a window requires attention (e.g. when someone sends you a
  message in XChat) the small tile in Unity shakes a little, but then
  stops shaking. The level of shaking is not particularly noticeable and
  when it stops it is easy not to notice the application requires
  attention.
