  Dash displays keyboard shortcuts when Super + Left or Right is keyed

Bug description:
  New install of 12.04.  When I type Super + LeftArrow the current
  window is Semi-Maximized as it is supposed to be but also the Keyboard
  Shortcuts window pops up.
