Title:
  When in the Workspace Switcher, clicking on the launcher changes the
  application focus but not the workspace focus

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1- Have 2 different applications in 2 different workspaces
  2- from the currently focused application's workspace, activate the switcher
  3- click the other application's icon in the launcher: the focus correctly switches to the other one (and it's raised if there were other windows in between)
  4- double click on the same icon to exit the switcher

  you are being brought back to the first workspace, and the menu bar
  won't show any menu at all
