Bug description:
  In Unity, the HUD menu items only show up for me AFTER I have already
  opened up all of the menus first. Worse off, it resets itself after I
  close and reopen the application. Obviously this is a problem, as the
  HUD is essentially useless until I have populated the menu items
  first.....which makes it easier just to use the old fassioned menus.
