Title:
  [top corner] launcher sometimes won't reveal on pushing

Bug description:
  After fresh install of 12.04 I enabled auto-hide of Unity Dash.

  Now it sometimes won't show if I put my mouse into top-left corner of
  the screen. That problem hasn't existed in 11.10. Please see attached
  movies - they clearly show current behavior.
