Bug description:
  It is currently impossible to write a Unity Scope with Python 3. For
  some reason, Dee doesn't seem to provide appropriate bindings.

  For example, using the `python3` interactive mode:

      Python 3.2.2 (default, Sep  5 2011, 21:17:14)
      [GCC 4.6.1] on linux2
      Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
      >>> from gi.repository import Dee
      >>> Dee.Model.append
      Traceback (most recent call last):
        File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
      AttributeError: type object 'Model' has no attribute 'append'

  Whereas in with `python`:

      Python 2.7.2+ (default, Aug 16 2011, 07:24:41)
      [GCC 4.6.1] on linux2
      Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
      >>> from gi.repository import Dee
      >>> Dee.Model.append
      <unbound method Model.append>

  I've attached my system package versions via `dpkg -l`.
