As a temporary workaround i used this commands

  apt-get download overlay-scrollbar-gtk2:i386
  sudo dpkg -i --force-depends  overlay-scrollbar-gtk2*.deb

  Synaptic does not let me install  overlay-scrollbar-gtk2:i386
