Thanks, what's the issue exactly? The pot is generated by dh_translations during the package build and imported in launchpad

Is there any string missing from there? Could you give an example?

  indicator-messages has no .pot nor .po files

Status in “indicator-messages” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  As far as i understand the string "Notification center" and others in
  the phone come from indicator-messages, but since it has no .pot they
  are untranslatable.
