[Bug 1368814] Re: Volume slider still available when Silent Mode is on
Oh, bother, you're right. So the slider does need to be available after
all. I wonder if there's anything we can do to clarify what it's for.
Maybe there isn't.

Bug description:
During usability testing in August, one participant was confused that
a volume slider was still available after turning on Silent Mode.
