[Bug 1382307] Re: reply to SMS (via indicator) fails silently if no default SIM is set

  In krillin rtm image 112, I noticed that there is a silent failure if
  the user tries to respond to a SMS message via indicator if no default
  SIM has been set for SMS.
  
  After choosing a SIM in the messaging app, replies via indicator work
  fine...  but until then, replies are silently eaten.
  
  It should probably either prompt for a SIM or give a delivery error.
