  Pidgin "Send To" menu (with bullets and icons) does not show icons

Bug description:
  The pidgin "Send To" menu normally shows the username, alias, and
  protocol icon for every entry in a metacontact. Unfortunately, the
  Global Menu currently does not show the icon--which is rather
  important if you're manually switching protocols while IMming someone
  --in a lot of cases, they can have the same username on different
  networks.
