Bug description:
  steps to reproduce:

  1. open vlc player
  2. click (or open with keyboard) menu "Playback"
  3. click somewhere to close menu dropdown
  4. repeat steps 2,3 several times
  5. see extra separators at the end of menu dropdown (attached image)
