Bug description:
  When the net-book is on battery power the icon in the panel showing
  the battery charge doesn't display the charge left (it keeps
  displaying that the "laptop battery is charged) Therefore, no message
  is displayed when the charge is going to finish and the netbook closes
  without hibernating .
