  morphing dialog morph duration should be configurable

Bug description:
  Currently the morphing duration is hard-coded to 500 ms (half second),
  which seems a bit slow. I would suggest either making this
  configurable ( set the morph duration on the dialog instance) or
  reducing it to 200, 250 ms.
