  Notifications shouldn't steal/take focus

Status in notify-osd package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  That can be annoying because some other applications use focus. For
  example guake, it has an option to close when it loses the focus, and
  when a notification takes  it, it gets closed. Not nice.
