  Zombie windows and missing arrows occur

Bug description:
  Hi, when I set up my 3 email accounts, thunderbird somehow struggles
  to handle it

  also when you put other window on top, then you can click on icon, but
  thunderbird will not get focus

  Also get it with nautilus
