Bug description:
  We need a custom renderer for dash plugins, similar to the weather one
  (bug #1231948) - no shape around the icon, but also we need to de-
  colourize the icons when disabled.

  Should be possible to use the Icon component ¹ for that.

  Ultimately we'll need an "emboss" effect or similar, but for now let's
  just go with a semi-transparent grey/black.
