  [Raring] Dual monitor layout problems

Bug description:
  The layout brought up when logging in in dual monitor mode is not
  looking to get the dimensions right. Even worse, when moving the mouse
  around, rendering is completely broken (seems to recover at certain
  positions of the mouse pointer).
