Probably nautilus does not manage your desktop (I mean there is no icon
on the desktop). Right?

  Dash does not show on super keypress on workspaces with no windows

Bug description:
  This seems to be a regression. Same as #953089.

  On empty workspaces, pressing super does not invoke dash. Alt does not
  invoke HUD. Other shortcuts seem to be working.
