I can unlock it when i show all my workspaces (SUPER+S) and click on
that locked workspace couple of times.

Bug description:
  Ubintu 14.04 & compiz, locks just on one monitor one workspace, randomly.
  Then i cant click on any opened windows, if they are in focus i can move them to another workspace and then work with them.
