Title:
  Restart in Unity panel defaults to Shut Down

Status in indicator-application package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  If I click the upper right panel (User) where I get a menu which
  contains Restart... and Shut Down... and the click of Restart... a
  Shut Down Panel occurs with the Shut Down highligthed. I must click
  then Restart.

  I expect to get the simalar panel with the title Restart and the
  Restart Buttun ist activated (highligthed).

  This is not high priority but it is what a user expect.
