Title:
  unity crashes disable auto-hide and cause 'Behaviour' tab to disappear
  from system settings -> Appearance

Status in unity package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  If unity crashes, and I opt to restart it from the pop-up window, I
  observe the following issues:

  1) Autohide is disabled.

  I always have autohide enabled, but this option appears to be reset on
  a crash.

  2) 'Behaviour' tab no longer exists under System Settings ->
  Appearance

  After a crash, I want to re-enable autohide but am unable to via the
  desktop since although the "Look" tab is available, the "Behaviour"
  tab doesn't exist any more.
