[Bug 1272017] Re: gmock has a hidden dependency on gtest
Confirmed. I noticed this when backporting Mir to trusty. Only having a
dependency on gmock is insufficient. You need to remember gtest too.
** Changed in: google-mock (Ubuntu)

Title:
gmock has a hidden dependency on gtest
Status in google-mock package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
When compiling with gmock the following code from gmock-port.h refers
to files only installed by gtest:
// Most of the types needed for porting Google Mock are also required
// for Google Test and are defined in gtest-port.h.
#include "gtest/internal/gtest-linked_ptr.h"
#include "gtest/internal/gtest-port.h"
The gmock package should be updated to depend upon on libgtest.
