dash not showing apps and files after installing some new scopes

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 13.10, daily, fresh install.
Installed everything that I need, decided to add some new scopes for unity:

  "sudo apt-get install unity-
  scope-{calculator,gdocs,gdrive,github,manpages,soundcloud}"

After login/logout restart, all I can see in dash is "Sorry, your
  search returned no results".

Started Unity from a terminal, this is what I get when I open dash:

  "WARN 2013-10-17 10:49:57 unity.dash.scopeproxy ScopeProxy.cpp:373 Proxy scope not connected for home.scope
WARN 2013-10-17 10:49:57 unity.dash.view DashView.cpp:1192 Search failed ''=> Timed out waiting for scope proxy connection
WARN 2013-10-17 10:49:57 unity.dash.scopeproxy ScopeProxy.cpp:516 Could not search '' on home.scope => Timed out waiting for scope proxy connection
WARN 2013-10-17 10:55:13 unity.libdbusmenu-glib <unknown>:0 Group Properties error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
WARN 2013-10-17 10:55:13 unity.libdbusmenu-glib <unknown>:0 Unable to replace properties on 0: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
WARN 2013-10-17 10:55:13 unity.libdbusmenu-glib <unknown>:0 Unable to replace properties on 4: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)"

Opening an app from "Run" works.
