This is still happening in Vivid.

Also if I have opened two maximizied windows of webbrowser (Slimjet in
my case) I sometimes get the title of the wrong webbrowser window
displayed. For example I get title of second window when I activated the
first one with enter.

Bug description:
  After leaving the spread by choosing a window with the arrow keys and hitting enter the chosen window is often missing it's title. 
  This mainly affects maximized (Firefox) windows(?). But even in LibreOffice I've seen it a couple of times.
  By hitting any menu entry the title appears again.
