Title:
  Indicator icon should be monochrome

Status in indicator-messages package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Currrently, if you have undisplayed notifications, the notification
icon shows as a green bell.

Since all the other notification icons are monochromatic, I think the
  behaviour should be:

  - no undisplayed notifications: show an unfilled white bell (or simply don't display the icon?)
  - undisplayed notifications: show a filled white bell.

  Using image r185.
