Title:
  drop unity-voice dependency from HUD, remove unity-voice from archives

Status in hud package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  It'd be useful for hud not to depend on unity-voice anymore.
  Optionally, unity-voice could be removed from archives and kept only
  as a code repository on Launchpad until it's needed again.

  < pete-woods> unity-voice has a dependency, though
  < pete-woods> so would need to remove that from HUD first
  < pete-woods> then you will also get space savings from the voice definition files
  < pete-woods> Mirv: it's not used, because there is no UI to invoke the voice recognition any more
  < pete-woods> after HUD was pulled from the phone
