  desktop HUD Help entries do nothing unless files window is already
  open

Bug description:
  close all open application windows.
  tap alt, type "help" and select any HUD result eg "find a lost file (Help)"
  Nothing happens 

  Click on "files" in the launcher
  tap alt, type "help" and select any result eg "find a lost file (Help)"
  Now it works.
