Bug description:
  Develop launcher touch interactions.

  Description:

  Firstly have a play with the attached prototype (a Adobe Air app -
  download air for Ubuntu from http://get.adobe.com/air/).

  The interaction demonstrated in this prototype should automatically be
  used when the input originates from a touchscreen.  Cursor based
  interaction should remain unchanged.  The main change from the cursor
  interaction model is that the accordion should fold at both ends and
  retain it state after the touch is released.

  Please contact johnlea if you have further questions after testing the
  prototype.  There may be collisions with the existing Launcher
  behaviour but this is hard to know without actually trying to
  integrate the two and seeing how it shakes out.

  Note: the video and the scope of this feature is: "how the launcher
  should scroll when manipulated with a touch screen".
