Bug description:
  If I have a colorful background and have a dark webpage open (works
  with any dark maximized window...think Sublime Text) I see the desktop
  background bleed through next to the launcher and maximized window
  (see screenshot).

  Desired Resolution:

  - When the Launcher is locked out and a window is maximised, the
  window border should be flush with the Launcher.  At the moment there
  is a 1px background bleed through, see attached screenshot.
