Bug description:
Home scope maintains some structures for currently open search
channel, but they are not released (thus leaked) if Dash crashes/gets
restarted. Home scope needs to observe home model for removal and if
that happens, release all data related to affected channel. The root
cause is however in libunity, which doesn't know if Dash disappeared,
  and doesn't close channels automatically.

This is only becoming a problem if Dash crashes/gets restarted in same
  session.
