[Bug 390508] Re: notifyOSD ignores the expire timeout parameter

I strongly disagree.
You aren't taking into account people who notice and are annoyed, but
don't know anything about bug reports--or even what to call "the
annoying bubble thingies that won't ever go away".
Before discovering launchpad, or the forums, or making an account,
they'll get frustrated, give up and think this, Ubuntu, and/or Linux are
[insert expletive here]--and use something else.
