[Bug 1501837] [NEW] Pressing Alt over Firefox / Thunderbird or Qt apps makes all windows menus to be shown

Public bug reported:

When LIMs are enabled in unity, pressing Alt should present the menus in
the focused app. However, when this is done over a libdbusmenu based app
(such as Firefox or Thunderbird and Qt apps), every other app presents
its menus.

0) Enable LIMs in unity
1) Open firefox and a terminal
2) Focus the firefox window, keeping the terminal decoration visible
3) Press and keep pressed the Alt key

Expected:
4) Only firefox shows menus

Actual:
5) Terminal shows menus as well

** Affects: indicator-appmenu (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Medium
     Assignee: Marco Trevisan (Treviño) (3v1n0)
         Status: In Progress
