I'm working on testing GLEW 1.13.0 against its 63 reverse dependencies
right now and I really hope to be able to upload it to Debian
unstable/sid within the end of this month. So probably Ubuntu 16.04
should ship 1.13.0 ;-)

  Debian Experimental already has 1.11 which introduces support for
  OpenGL 4.5.
