[Bug 1376513] Re: Alarm volume should use the stream-restore dbus api available in pulseaudio

The indicator can be the proxy but it really needs to manage this in
pulse and not in a separate gschema setting. Currently we have two
competing volume levels, one is adjusted in the app slider the other
while the alarm is sounding.

Alarm volume should use the stream-restore dbus api available in

Bug description:
On touch (once bug 1368827 lands), we'll be able to set the volumes
separately depending on the role (multimedia, alert, phone and alarm).

As the app provides an specific volume slider just for alarms, it
needs to be changed to use this pulseaudio dbus api in order to change
the volume just for the 'alarm' role.

You can find additional info for the stream restore API at
  http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/PulseAudio/Documentation/Developer/Clients/DBus/StreamRestore/
, and a cmdline tool (in python) using the same api at
  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jusa/pulseaudio-
  utils/master/pasr.py.
