The actual ringing is done by the alarms service (indicator-datetime).
Marking as invalid for the notes app.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Notes app from Apps scope
  2. Swipe up from bottom to add a note
  3. Select date and time for the reminder
  4. Save and get the note done
  5. Wait for the reminder alarm to trigger
  6. When it's ringing check if the time is consistent with real system time

  Expected results:
  The time of reminder alarm ringing is consistent with real system time

  Actual results:
  The time of reminder alarm ringing is about 20 seconds behind the real system time.
