Bug description:
  I  registered an event a few days ago. I registered a reminder 2 hours prior to the event. The reminder didn't appear. Instead,
  15 minutes prior to the event I got the reminder. I know this, because I was watching the phone when the 2 hour reminder should go off.  By change is was watching the phone 15 minutes prior to that event, when a reminder went off. Still there was no notification.
