** Description changed:

- Before the new design, the clock app had a setting for 12h or 24h (bug
- 1268158). With the new design, that is now gone, and there is no way to
- get a 24h clock, when using a locale that defaults to 12h.

- This should probably be a setting in the Time & Date settings control
- panel, rather than in the clock itself, but I'm filing it in both
- places, as previously setting the format in the clock did not affect the
- format in the rest of the system (as such a setting should do).
