[Bug 1588162] Re: Time in header is UTC instead oft UTC+2
ok, I got it now by overwriting the file localtime with Europe/Berlin.
Now it works. But even after that I still had Africa/Accra in the system
settings but with the UTC +2 (clearly after rebooting the system). But
it let me change it to Berlin, which was not possible before.. So I
guess somehow the file localtime was in the beginning damaged, otherwise
the setting ETC/UTC with UTC +2 could not have been set in the
beginning.

Bug description:
I think it happened After OTA 11. All other time displays are correct
also the alarm matches the real time, checked the kalendar too the red
time indicator is also correct.
