[Bug 1597991] [NEW] Appmenu doesn't display shortcuts on QT programs

Public bug reported:

Shortcuts are not visible on QT based programs (Also affects Chrome and IntelliJ IDEA), GTK programs show menus correctly for the most part.
Problem:
The shortcuts DO work but you can't see them next to the menu item so you have to rely on the HUD if you didn't knew the shortcut previously.

Workaround:
If appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5 are removed, menus are shown correctly.
To remove appmenu-qt and appmenu-qt5:

sudo apt remove appmenu-qt appmenu-qt5

** Affects: appmenu-qt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "Shortcuts are not visible."
