Precondition:
New flashed phone.
Steps:
1.Boot the phone and the phone boots ,then the UI enters
wizard interface.
2.Following the wizard and enter any China city name ,such as "Beijing","Shenzhen" to setup the timezone, and then complete the wizard.
3.Swipe down from the notification bar and select "Time&Date".Check the location.
Actual result:
The location is "Shanghai" in "Time&Date" option.
Expected result:
I think it should be the city name what you set in the wizard, instead of always displaying "Shanghai"
