  Upgrade libglew package to also include libglew2

Status in glew package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Currently glew package only includes versions up to 1.13, but the
  latest release is 2.0. As a developer, it would be best to have
  libglew2 and libglew2-dev available on Ubuntu. See
  http://glew.sourceforge.net/ for more information about the new (and
  previous) version(s).
