Title:
  indicator-applet-complete is using 100% of cpu maybe a gnome-panel
  flashback problem in ubuntu 16.10 and others

Status in indicator-applet package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The computer is working slow, not programm running and 100% of cpu for
  indicator-applet and 100% of cpu for initctl, I don't know if there is
  a relation or are different reasons for each process.

  System updated to ubuntu 16.10 from 16.04 and gnome-panel.

  If I kill it:
  killall indicator-applet-complete

  It asks for restart and no more cpu usage after restart.

  initctl keeps at 99% after that so probably are different problems.
  I thought was retroshare06, but is not, it's just a question of time, and it happens, it gets 100%, normal use, telegram, transmission, owncloud client and after a few minutes maybe one hour 100% use of this component.

  Seems is happening in other ubuntu versions with the flashback
  desktop, I'm using gnome-panel
