[Bug 1671719] Re: [unity8] always shows inactive indicators
When considering the phone, we didn't need to "completely" hide no
indicators, only not show some in the default list.
We need to be able to hide some of them, because they might not have
sense.

Bug description:
ubuntu 17.04 unity8 running on a desktop PC
i don't have bluetooth nor battery but i have the indicators shown.
both indicators do nothing
